Basic Setup
- Quickbooks® data file setup (setup includes General Ledger, Accounts Receivable,
and Accounts Payable)
- On site overview of installed components
- 1 hour of telephone support
Standard and Standard Plus Setup
- Quickbooks® data file setup on a Windows Pentium Computer (set up includes
General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Sales Tax)
- Half day (3 Training Hours) of on site training conducted by a Small Business
Solutions Certified Quickbooks® Consultant
- 1 hour of telephone support
- Standard Plus includes all of the above PLUS Networking company file and one
full day 8 hours of on site training.
Premium Setup
- Quickbooks® data file setup (set up includes General Ledger, Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable, Payroll, Sales Tax, Inventory Job Costing, and data file networking)
- 2 Days (8-hours each) of on site training
- 2 hours of telephone support

Remote Support Services
- Remote support via direct access to your computer
Quarterly Analysis
- Thorough, systematic of your Quickbooks® data (usually takes 2 to 3 hours),
designed to detect both data entry errors and problems with your setup. From our
analysis we will recommend areas where you need to make corrections and we will
make necessary adjustments for you as a separate engagement. Maintaining accurate
QuickBooks® data will give you and your accountant reliable data to use in tax
planning and financial management.
Data File Analysis
- Are you unsure about the integrity of your reports? After performing the data
file analysis services, we can make corrections and clean up the data as needed.
Seminar Instruction
- Seminars available include Fundamental, Intermediate and Advanced. We provide
seminars in the Huntsville area several times a year. Click HERE for more information
